We visited Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, the Top of the Rock (gives wonderful views of the Empire State Building), took in a Mets baseball game, walked and (husband) ran in Central Park, toured Grand Central Station, had lunch in Bryant Park, walked onto Brooklyn Bridge, visited Ground Zero and used the subway quite a lot as we also did some shopping.

10. We got to the hotel early so we couldn't check in until 2pm so they check our bags and we walk around the town and eat lunch at Olive Garden that was right next door.
