5. So, I am not sure if the location and the Renaissance bedding would be enough to entice me to stay again--unless I got another great rate and could be promised a quiet room.

6. Let me first start off by saying, I booked the hotel a year in advance to save money; I know the closer you get to New Years, the more expensive the nightly rate.
