1. Staff were always friendly and we were lucky to be reimbursed for the mini bar charges from new years eve upon checkout.

10. The latter showed up, but none of the other benefits were given to me, the hotel hasn`t responded to my inquiry about this at checkout, and Marriott Rewards corporate basically says 'tough'.
