1. The staff from behind the desk to the valet parkers and room service were friendly and attentive.

On checking in we were given a no smoking room which stunk of smoke my wife could not stand to be in the room, she went back to reception to complain,there were no king rooms left so were given a slightly smaller queen room actually a dissabled room (door opened outwards) after complaing about what we had paid, for they were very appologetic and we were given free breakfast for ours and our friends stay of 2 nightsand free valet parking.

6. It is centrally located to the Wharf, within reasonable walking distance of Pier 39, etc. Not trying to bad mouth the Tuscan, it is a nice place to stay, and if you`re not put off by the valet parking, you shouldn`t be too disappointed.

9. There is valet parking at a price, but worth it to leave your car behind while you can walk to Fisherman's Wharf and Ghirardelli Square.
