The only snag afterwards was that I realised I had left a bag of shopping behind in my room after we checked out, underwear I had bought In American Eagle and I rang hotel 3 times to see if they had been handed in by the maid as they were quite pricey and left several messages but nobody got back to me.

8. My mom was not happy that she caught the maids throwing the decorative bed pillows on the floor while cleaning the room, though I'd imagine that a lot of hotel employees probably do all kinds of things while cleaning that no one really wants to know about.

9. I walked into the room when the maid was 'cleaning' and she had the pillows thrown on the floor/rug, the same rug we walk on with our dirty shoes and then those pillows touch our faces at night.
