1. The staff from behind the desk to the valet parkers and room service were friendly and attentive.

They will automatically hold about 10% to 20% of your money in addition to what they will charge for the room, in case you decide to use any items inside the refrigerator, room service, watch movies, etc., even if you don't use anything from their premises they will take the money out of your credit card regardless.
