1. The reception area is nice and it's a nice touch to have the complimentary wine tasting each evening (and soft drinks, if you wish) and the coffee in the mornings.

3. A complimentary bottle of water for a weary traveller would have been nice, and $3 for those provided did seem a bit excessive (especially when the supermarket across the street sells them cheaper) but hey.

7. Despite the makeshift concierge and check-in desk, everything went smoothly, we were given a complimentary upgrade, and as Best Western members we received a certificate for 10% off our lunch or dinner at their Cafe Pescatore downstairs.

10. The only real downside to this hotel was a lack of amenties-no pool or hot tub (though this is not expected given the area), no complimentary breakfast and no fitness center.
