The reception area is nice and it's a nice touch to have the
complimentary
wine tasting each evening (and soft drinks, if you wish) and the coffee in the mornings.

The
complimentary
wine tasting each evening was excellent and it gave us a chance to mingle with other guests and chat about our experiences.

A
complimentary
bottle of water for a weary traveller would have been nice, and $3 for those provided did seem a bit excessive (especially when the supermarket across the street sells them cheaper) but hey.

I picked this hotel because I'm a travel agent in the UK and thought great location and

Despite the makeshift concierge and check-in desk, everything went smoothly, we were given a
complimentary
upgrade, and as Best Western members we received a certificate for 10% off our lunch or dinner at their Cafe Pescatore downstairs.

The only real downside to this hotel was a lack of amenties-no pool or hot tub (though this is not expected given the area), no
complimentary
breakfast and no fitness center.
