4. We booked at the Tuscan Inn, and apparently got a great deal, because I was going to book there again for a summer visit, but the prices are double what we paid in December.

5. I recommend not staying in a room next to the street as there was a great deal of noise into the late night and early morning as the Bus 47 stop is right outside the hotel.

10. The best deal for getting around San Francisco is a MUNI PASS @ $26.00 for 7days unlimited use on all public transportation including trolly & cable cars.
