2. A complimentary bottle of water for a weary traveller would have been nice, and $3 for those provided did seem a bit excessive (especially when the supermarket across the street sells them cheaper) but hey.

I'm not stupid and I understand to a certain extent the policies that must be enforced, but working in sales and customer service myself, that particular member of staff was rude, unhelpful, and made me regret paying my hard earned money to stay there, only for my wife to be treated like a junkie that walked in off the street.
