1. Stayed in this hotel from May 08 till 12 ; had 2 great connecting king bed rooms on 18 th floor thanks to superb follow up of guest services manager whom we contacted before our arrival .

5. We stayed the night during part of an MA road trip (Plymouth, Boston, Salem) and stayed in hotels that cost much less where we recieved better customer service and better amenities.
