1. Stayed in this hotel from May 08 till 12 ; had 2 great connecting king bed rooms on 18 th floor thanks to superb follow up of guest services manager whom we contacted before our arrival .

3. The bed was comfy, as always, the room was lovely, but it would have been nice to have gotten a glass of wine or two on the house for the inconvenience of the construction, which was NOT noted out on any of our reservation confirmations.

9. They also charge you for WIFI, which for a 4 star hotel you would expect them to provide more then just a bed to rest on and except such amenities.
