1. Had to pay for extra late check out ( out at 3 pm instead of 12 ) which seemed strange as I am a HH diamond and hilton never charges me for late check out so I asume this was because I am only Hyatt Gold and not higher level of frequent guest .

4. When we came to check out after our two night stay they added a $8 tip to our breakfast bill which they eventually deducted, having first found the card slip with no tip signed by me, not a good parting gesture.

8. On check out, there were hassles with the hotel charging me several Massachusetts taxes, even though I had documentation that because it was a Federally Funded Conference I should not be charged state lodging taxes.
