It was convenient to all the things we wanted to do, we got a great rate on Priceline, the concierge was very helpful and the

check-in staff put us on the 21st (out of 22) floor, so we had great views.

The next morning in Boston, one of my friends complained to the
front desk
(who on the phone sounded like teenagers who didn't care) and eventually asked for and receieved some free breakfast vouchers but no apology from the manager or anything like that.
