2. We stayed the night during part of an MA road trip (Plymouth, Boston, Salem) and stayed in hotels that cost much less where we recieved better customer service and better amenities.

3. Pros: Really nice rooms and amenities, including clock radio with an iPod dock, big showers, comfortable beds/linens, free WSJ at the front desk, decent fitness center/pool, nice view.

4. This is a great hotel right near the theatre, chinese, and downtown districts, The accommodations are very comfortable and the hotel has all the amenities typical of a Hyatt (that's a good thing!) Pool and gym areas were well utilized and up-to-date.

5. They also charge you for WIFI, which for a 4 star hotel you would expect them to provide more then just a bed to rest on and except such amenities.

7. Quite simply my biggest complaint was how they charge for every extra amenity that I have gotten free at even the dumpiest hotels.
