1. Internet for a fee, very very high priced room service (I think we paid about $14 for a pot of coffee that was not filled all the way- sent with one very small mug and with enough cream for one cup- took an hour to be delivered), the multiple concierges were more concerned with eachother than assisting guests, must ride two elevators to get to guest rooms.

6. Do the research - know where you are going and what is offered ahead of time before you go so you aren't surprised by no wifi, or a charge for internet, or the parking fees, or whatever.
