1. Stayed in this hotel from May 08 till 12 ; had 2 great connecting king bed rooms on 18 th floor thanks to superb follow up of guest services manager whom we contacted before our arrival .

3. The next morning in Boston, one of my friends complained to the front desk (who on the phone sounded like teenagers who didn't care) and eventually asked for and receieved some free breakfast vouchers but no apology from the manager or anything like that.

Her manager called , he said it was not Boston reggulation, but hyatt's policy, however, this is a policy he can not show me ( a customer), when asked why a hotel has some secret policy which is not open to customer, he again changed to another story, saying something like the maid does not want to have a rollaway bed because it is too crowded.
