1. When you book the hotel, you are told the additional percentage you'll pay for Taxes (which are cheaper than our VAT rate, but they are EXTRA).

4. We paid over $300 per night and when we complained about the noise and construction and problems with the room, all they said was 'sorry' we wanted to extend our stay but they were not even prepared to offer us a better rate so we moved to another hotel.
