7. My daughter was nearly scalded while taking a bath when my husband was trying to warm up the water (he did not know the hot water was that hot) and we had to turn the water in the sink on for my son so that he wouldn't get burned adjusting it himself.

9. When we arrived there were 3 clothes hangers and 1 bath robe (despite the fact we had booked for 2) and it took well over an hour for additional hangers to arrive and still longer for a second bathrobe (which was several sizes too small for me) to arrive.
