1. Stayed there 3 nights with my wife, got upgraded with out asking to a river view room, the rooms are beautiful,VERY comfortable free WiFi (unusual for high end hotels) free espresso and water bottles.

3. Fast wireless internet is included with the room (and costs $15 per day at the 4 Seasons)The only very minor criticism I would have is that the TV in the room was a 26 inch CRT, not a flatscreen.

9. Only complaint I have is everyone had trouble using the wireless in their rooms; hotel does need to update that feature.
