3. We accept the overpriced services and mandatory gratuity (for our convenience,as they say) because it is the only place in town with a very nice hot tub, sauna and steam that you can get before your treatments.

Best memories are: lunch and margaritas at the roof top pool, the robe and slippers they provide, morning coffee on our balcony overlooking the riverwalk, the free morning paper of your choice, the free access to the spa amenities (steam room, hot tub, etc), the spot on recommendations of the concierge, and the amazingly quite rooms - the riverwalk tends to be noisy but once the balcony door was shut it was perfectly quiet.
