My issues (and my colleagues had many similar stories) involved things like a minibar that was not checked for nearly a week -- leaving me to call and plead on a daily basis for a refill of Diet Coke and other beverages, housekeeping that was entirely inconsistent -- dirty towels left in the bathroom for two days, garbage not emptied, turndown with chocolates one day and then not again for 5 days, etc. etc. Calls to housekeeping or the front desk to address these problems or similar problems with laundry were either not answered or endlessly transferred.
