1. The front desk manager was equally helpful, so in all we felt thoroughly spoiled from the get-go -- and for the most part this good vibe remained throughout our stay.

8. from the moment I drove up with my golden retriever, Harley (many hotels say they are pet friendly, however that tend to grimace when they see your furry friend!) to the kind farewell with a cold bottled water from the valet staff assisted by Nate the General Manager who stood curbside waving goodbye~ ALL facets of my experience were STELLAR.
