3. Internet service in room, little details like fresh fruit in your room and complimentary refreshments, speciality bath products, turn down service and the valet taking the time to show you what the room has to offer before discreetly leaving you to enjoy it.

8. When I retired to my room, a room attendant had turned down the bed, straightened my bathroom toiletries, and placed a sign on the bathtub offering bath butler service, which I of course could not refuse.
