From little things like a scrumptious freshly baked loaf of banana bread (along with the recipe) greeting you upon check-in, luxurious bath room amenities and toiletries to the freshly chilled water bottles delivered each morning and personalised thank you notes written by the hotel general manager thanking us for our stay and happy travelling wishes.

From dealing with Monica, Customer Service Manager who was very helpful and responsive to emails, to Rob at Check-In who was wonderful, all smiles and laughs, a professional, he provided a warm welcome with his personality and extremely helpful in taking the time to give us tips on what to see and do around the Island.
