2. This is a 5-star hotel & for the most part, it delivers on this standard particularly in the tower rooms which are appointed with amenities of the like (including a fancy bidet :) ).

From little things like a scrumptious freshly baked loaf of banana bread (along with the recipe) greeting you upon check-in, luxurious bath room amenities and toiletries to the freshly chilled water bottles delivered each morning and personalised thank you notes written by the hotel general manager thanking us for our stay and happy travelling wishes.

4. Truthfully, the ambiance of the hotel, the quality of the service (from the fresh lei and fresh drink on check-in to the final wave of the bellmen when you leave), the lovely amenities, all combine to make you feel that you have had a royal experience.

7. I sent the concierge a couple messages to get recommendations for dinner and to answer a few other questions about the hotel amenities and it took them some time to get a response.

8. This is a small resort that has good service but the property doesn't offer the type of amenities I've experienced with other Starwood luxury collection hotels.

9. Nice rooms, great beds, bathrooms, amenities (Gilchrist & Soames); we slept with open windows, the drawn light curtains kept out insects and allowed the lovely garden air to keep a nice atmosphere in the roomParking: choose self-parking in the nearby parking @ Sheraton.

10. We are in the middle of a 12 night stay at the hotel and is a perfect location and the hotel seems to be a good mix of modern amenities and some old hawaiian charm.
