1. We found the hotel about 20-30% booked (this actually suited us excellently well: we like less people, emptier grounds, empty pool and the best beach for ourselves).

7. It is worth it -- nice and spacious, plenty of lanai space, 2 lanai's, with the suites located in corner more private locations, with no common neighboring walls adjacent to bedroom portion.

10. If you are staying in a ground floor suite, do not stay in 1308 - It seems that any other suite will not have this eyesore right in front.
