1. The rooms are spacious and clean, the service was fantastic, check-in was quick and pleasant (complete with towels and juice), and the food very good.

4. I do want to reiterate, however, that the fees for wifi and for 'business center' computers are unreasonable; it would have been nice to check tripadvisor or to check-in to my outbound flight, for example.

5. First of all, we were pleasantly surpised when they gave us fresh juice at check-in and upgraded us to a partial ocean view (we booked via Priceline) - other reviews on this site claimed that the hotel treated Priceline customers poorly, but this was not the case whatsoever.

6. We spent the first four nights of our honeymoon on the Big Island and at this hotel, were generously upgraded to an ocean view room with complementary champagne upon check-in when we informed them of our status.
