1. No, the fitness center is not 'state of the art' and yes, the interiors of the hale (residence) need some updating - but other than that, Kona Village has, after a 1-week stay, become our 'place to go' in Hawai'i for a long time to come.

4. My husband snorkeled, went on several dive trips, played tennis, and used the fitness center (so there was activity for the one who doesn't want to sit on the beach all day) .
