When it was time to check out, the hotel attempted to charge us over $100 per person for each luau meal, even though we were obviously guests of the resort and even though I had specifically asked the check-in receptionist upon arrival to confirm if the luau meals were included or not and she had said yes.

4. When we threatened to check out, they refused to credit those futur nights so we had arranged for Jack`s(by ourselves) to take us if the resort did not.

9. You must check out the quaint little jewelry store at the Resort, prices are reasonable and items are handmade by thier own jeweler.
