For those needing internet, it is not an issue, since they have the facilities available at the front desk area free of

Also, they have many beach activities (canoes, paddleboards, etc) which is great, but they
charge
a 'lesson fee' for them which they admitted is basically a rental fee for the time you are there.

I appreciated that they refilled our refrigerator every day with up to 8 beverages at no
charge
as well as replenishing our supply of fresh Kona coffee beans.

When it was time to check out, the hotel attempted to
charge
us over $100 per person for each luau meal, even though we were obviously guests of the resort and even though I had specifically asked the check-in receptionist upon arrival to confirm if the luau meals were included or not and she had said yes.
