1. For those needing internet, it is not an issue, since they have the facilities available at the front desk area free of charge.

2. Also, they have many beach activities (canoes, paddleboards, etc) which is great, but they charge a 'lesson fee' for them which they admitted is basically a rental fee for the time you are there.

When it was time to check out, the hotel attempted to charge us over $100 per person for each luau meal, even though we were obviously guests of the resort and even though I had specifically asked the check-in receptionist upon arrival to confirm if the luau meals were included or not and she had said yes.

10. The beach is in a cove and there is an amply supplied water sports desk where you can get a snorkel set, kayak or boogie board @ no charge and a paddle board or windsurfing set at extra charge.
