2. I know that the rooms have to be cleaned and changed over but check-in isn't until 4pm and not everyone needs a late check out , so a late check out was totally do-able and I think that a more custome-focused hotel would have tried a little harder to accomodate my requestIf this had been a budget price hotel I would have been pleased with the value.

3. The restaurant (Jimmy Buffet Margeritaville) offers discounts for hotel residents and offers a good value buffet breakfast.

6. -excellent value-free gym-free wifi-parking (only valet) @ $30 per day-right in the center on the main street (very touristy)-good staff to deal withtip stay in room ending in 14 (biggest rooms, i was lucky both times) eg: room 2014, 1114, 2114.

7. do not go to the hassle of getting out to the waikele retail outlets as the sale prices there are very poor - you get better value for money at the end of season sales here at home or just go down to the ala moana shopping centre for true value for money.
