1. Use of a 'hospitality room' just great so after you check out you can return later and freshen up, shower etc free of charge before your evening flight.

I know that the rooms have to be cleaned and changed over but check-in isn't until 4pm and not everyone needs a late check out , so a late check out was totally do-able and I think that a more custome-focused hotel would have tried a little harder to accomodate my requestIf this had been a budget price hotel I would have been pleased with the value.

3. Our flight home was not till 8pm and the hotel extended us a late check out which really helped, luggage was locked up, so it eased our minds that it was safe.
