1. Staff is very friendly and helpful when it came to accommodating a 6 pm checkout (for a small fee).

2. The only downside is there is no microwave in the room ( a $10.00 fee per day) and the fridge was energy efficient (it only stays on for a max of 8 hr intervals; makes for a soggy cheesecake when left overnight ;o) ) but overall it was very nice trip.

3. Hotels need to realize that if they charge Rolls Royce fees they need to provide Rolls Royce service as well and this hotel is charging top dollar for a utilitarian product.

4. However, because we were aware of the parking fee from reading reviews from fellow posters on Trip Advisor, parking was built in as a fixed expense for our trip.

7. The manager came out to fix the issue, he asked for my credit card, was supposed to be charging 22 for in case fees.

8. If you plan to use the 'business center' (which is a side area in the lobby, not a separate room) be aware that ShakaNet is a fee-based service, and, in my opinion, somewhat shady.

9. There is a Expedia free concierge service right in the hotel - very helpful in making recommendations or reservations - there is no fee associated with this.
