1. This hotel was centrally located for shopping (International Market Place just next door), restaurants (opposite the Cheesecake Factory) and local transport (public trolley stops and free shuttle to Hilo Hatties and Ala Moana Shopping complex close by).

2. Will stay here again if they continue giving the free pink shuttle and 15 minutes of daily long distance calling to Canada which were much appreciated perks.

Some perks for staying at the Ohana hotel is free use of the Pink Line Waikiki Shopping trolley (saved us $8 for each round trip to Ala Moana) and free local calls - handy for booking shuttles (FYI - Tahiti Trans had the dingiest un-roadworthy shuttle buses, VIP Trans were late picking us up on arrival, Reliable Shuttle was outstanding) and tours (Enoa Tours and Discover Hawaii Tours both excellent!)Check in was friendly and efficient.
