3. we have stayed in hawaii many times, this was our first to Ohana, spent 2 days in bed with flu so appreciated the effort gone into the decore & beds, room service and great, housekeeping staff were wonderful.

4. On the down side, this hotel has no restaurant - disappointing as Holiday Inns are renowned for good quality food - that means there is no room service overnight.

6. Staff were friendly and obliging however we were surprised to learn on arrival that the service provided by this hotel was very basic; no room service; plastic cups and foam cups for coffee; stick to stir beverages etc. Beverage supplies left each day was minimal to say the least; enough for 1 person only.

7. No meal room service but the Jimmy Buffet restaurant is in the hotel and provides indoor, outdoor, and poolside service with excellent breakfast staff.

8. I don't think they offered room service and room charges were not allowed - I would think both would be necessary to qualify for four stars.

9. Even when we stayed over till late, the lady assigned that day smilingly asked us when we would we want our room serviced (I suspect she was already done with the rest of the rooms).
