1. On the plus side staff were very pleasant and courteous and as a Priority club member a welcome from the manager in note form in the room with a box of Macadamia Chocolates was nice.

4. I showed the nice lady at the desk the confirmation email on my phone and after about fifteen minutes and a visit with the Manager we were in a 11th floor suite with a balcony facing the ocean and a great view of Waikiki as well as the abundant nightlife along Kalakaua Ave.

5. When we went up to speak to the manager about the concierge we were told that it is a separate company and they have no control over them.

7. Taryn Wong, one of the managers stands out as she stored our stuff in her office after we checked out so we did not have to leave it on the street with the stuff from the large groups related to the marathon or cruises.
