The staff was spotty in their professionalism (our promised "early" check-in caused us a wait of 5 1/2 hours, and the "early" was just 20 minutes before 4 pm) (wait staff in Point In Tyme was rude and obtuse to our requests) (housekeeping requests were handled promptly EXCEPTING the day our room never got cleaned in our absence and no one would come after our 8 pm return).
