5. The staff are superb especially Janet in the Falls Bar who has for the past 10 years gone above and beyond in her job to ensure we were made to feel very special - I hope management appreciates what a good job she does.

7. I only visited the pool near my room, since it was close and empty at the time, but they have various pools all over the property and a couple of huge ones behind the restaurant with water slides, bars, mist-ers, etc. Looks like it would have been a very nice place to take a vacation.
