1. Restaurants close by like Riccos and don't forget to cross the street for fabulous authentic mexican food at Aunt Chiladas where you can play boceball.

5. The bar and grille across the street (Gallagher's) was nice for a relaxed dinner, and had so may flatscreen TVs it would be impossible to miss any of your favorite sports.

7. Lots of trees overhanging the roads that lead to the casitas (which is unusual in Arizona) it made my wife and I wish we could live on streets like that.
