1. The hotel itself also has a few pools and hot tubs, which would be great for those who don't want to walk over to the River Ranch.

9. There are smaller pools and a hot tub at each tower away from the waterpark and we spent more time here as it was closer to our room and the lounge chairs were more comfortable than in the waterpark.

10. The resort does not limit access of any pool or hot tub to adults only so we often found ourselves being climbed on, splashed, kicked, hit with a flying toy while trying to relax in the hot tub at 10:30 pm.
