1. We did get a room and the next morning Taha, Front Desk Manager called and got us into the best two bedroom Casita, 3054, right next to the River Ranch, thank you Taha.

5. When we arrived at the Squaw Peak peak we were greeted by a very friendly staff and during check-in I asked for a free upgrade (rent a ton of Hilton rooms throughout the year) and the desk manager gave us a WONDERFUL Casita (Town home).

6. We stayed on April 29th but I have been holding my review waiting for a call back from the General Manager, Tammy Brown.

9. When we got back to the room the sink had over flowed from the rooms upstairs and black stuff came out of it and got all over our bathroom stuff and ruined everything and when I asked the manager to replace the items that we had to repurchase he gave us one nights credit.
