1. I was in the north pointe building in a 3rd floor room facing the pool, yes it is loud in the evenings when people are at the pool but with the TV on i could not hear a thing!and my balcony faced a quiet courtyard area with the sounds of a calming fountain.

3. Rooms were spacious suites with private patios or balconies which would have been wonderful if not for the blaring music.

4. We were on the ground floor and our balconies were therefore surrounded by huge concrete walls, presumably for security reasons for which i am grateful, but it meant they were dark and made the rooms dark too.

10. The pictures showed a huge balcony on the 2nd floor, the actual balcony was more of a miniture patio, big enough for two people to stand on with about an inch or so to move around.
