1. They have a nice little coffee/tea service in the lobby, but one night they'd run out of hot water - needs some attention here too.

3. She could not have been more welcoming, pleasant, and sincere in her efforts to extend a welcome greeting and to demonstrate excellent customer service, I hope Hilton recognizes that she IS the saving grace for this hotel.

4. My experience overall was great--the service at the front desk was friendly and courteous, everyone smiled, it was easy to get around the city, and my room was clean and well appointed.

6. The second night we were there we were pleasantly surprised to have a knock at our door from service delivering a plate of fresh fruit, cheeses/crackers and a bottle of Perrier water with a nice thank you note for being Diamond members.
