The Chancellor was 'irate and outraged', count me as being embarassed and totally disappointed with the Hilton hotels as well as for their hiring a General

The front desk staff is very friendly and the bellman is terrific but I think either the owners or

has stopped taking an interest in this Doubletree.

If it had not been for the fact that, in addition to the disgusting floors, my keycard did not work and the TV in the bedroom didn't work after 'maintenacne had left for the evening' I would not have brought these issues to the attention of the

One thing I think offended me most was that the night

, 'Q', felt she needed to 'sell' me on all the amenities of the hotel - which I already knew, it was why I CHOSE to make the reservation there months earlier.
