5. We did not get towels without asking for them and then it took at least an hour for them to show up which required our daughter to dry off with a washcloth from her bath, our breakfast was not delivered one morning because the kitchen staff did not show up for work and no one else could get to it for another 2 hours, and we had to wait 1 1/2 hours to get our toilet unclogged.
