There also appeared to be some confusion over room ratesWe tried to resolve this issue the following day with another reception staff, when we were overheard by the manager, who was apologetic and offered us free parking and internet access for one of the rooms for the duration of our stay as a compensation.

5. Someone expecting a basic Hampton/Fairfield may be put off by this hotel's setup and the fees for parking, Wi-Fi, breakfast etc. It worked just fine for our purposes, and the pricing was much better than surrounding hotels for those nights.

6. It was valet parking and the street didn't allow for double parking, but the parking attendant did everything within his power to get us a spot on the curb to park.
