4. That being said, we chose this property for it's proximity to the Tidal Basin as we were attending a race there and it was convenient to walk over the footbridge and around the Tidal Basin by the Jefferson Memorial (~25 minute walk).

6. My biggest complaint is that there aren't many restaurants/nightlife destinations within walking distance, but cabs are fairly easy to find.

7. The only negative about this hotel is that, although the location is great for walking, running, and sightseeing, there aren't any bars or restaurants within walking distance, so if you want a quick bite, you have to eat at the hotel.
