4. We were there for about 10-15 minutes trying to figure out where to grab dinner and the kids weren't all that loud considering we were in a bar and not the high end restaurant.

8. The Mandarin should have offered a free dinnner, or a drink at their bar, or something that showed they cared that they had inconvenienced, or even insulted, ME by shuffling me off to another hotel.

9. Breakfast is the worst I have experienced in a five star hotel, especially the buffet, and the only bar is regularly used for jazz events, making meeting friends impossible.
