2. For the money they charge, the service they advertise, the reputation they suggest they have, I'll stick with either the Hay Adams for excellent service at a price and location - or my low-cost suite hotels, where eggs and bacon are around $20, and I can count on standard service with relatively no disappointments.

5. There were snacks waiting in the room for my daughter when she arrived and that made her day (which made mine!) I found the Tai Pan floor worth the extra money.

7. The bed was extremely comfortable which made getting up in the morning very hard:) Only complaints would be a botched room service order and the absurdly high parking fee (which they do not credit even if you spend a lot of money in their restaurants or spa - but will credit for non-guests if they use the same services).
"Wonderful Getaway... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/15/2011 Vote
