1. The best feature about this property is the SPA which has a relaxation room, a sauna, vapour, jacuzzi and pool, free of charge for guests, so if you like to relax after an exhausting day, the MO is the hotel for you.

2. At very upscale properties, I really appreciate complimentary internet service, and resent the nickel-and-dime charge for such a basic, universally need; it seems a bit like charging $8 for air conditioning.

4. For the money they charge, the service they advertise, the reputation they suggest they have, I'll stick with either the Hay Adams for excellent service at a price and location - or my low-cost suite hotels, where eggs and bacon are around $20, and I can count on standard service with relatively no disappointments.

7. There was a man lurking about during this exchange and as an afterthought the desk clerk asked this man, a limo driver, to take me to the airport 'for the normal charge of a taxi'.

9. The staff in the hotel were very helpful: the airline lost our pram and the hotel offered us the use their spare pram ( without a charge), due to a business event we had to arrange room service on a few occasions and Caroline of the room service team arranged for a special meal to be made for my kids and myself.
